Welcome to the ARDB Library — Center of Knowledge!
The ARDB Library was officially inaugurated on 18 April 2025. It is located within the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center Building, which is situated on the premises of the ARDB Headquarters and also houses the Akkak Pundit Sapheachar Aun Pornmoniroth Center for Policy Studies and Training (APM Center) and the Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA) Center of Excellence — Green Finance to Agriculture of ARDB (ARDB ACE-GFA).
The ARDB Library is envisioned as a Center of Knowledge, providing open access to a broad range of educational resources that support lifelong learning and professional development for students, researchers, professionals, and the public alike.
